Plan, map, and craft your next pole routine — with zero overwhelm and a whole lot more confidence.
Free 4-Day Challenge:
July 31-Aug 3
🎭 Dreaming of a routine that moves your audience?
Not Just a random list of tricks.
Not just "make it pretty and pray the audience claps.
...I’m talking about a piece you can own — because you know exactly what you’re saying, how you’re saying it, and why.
EVEN IF YOU:
👉 Get stuck every time you try to choreograph
👉 Can’t decide what tricks belong in your piece (and which don’t)
👉 Second-guess if your routine will hit the way you imagine
…I’ll help you plan it step-by-step — like a director would for a show. Because your routine deserves more than guesswork.

The 4 steps every compelling routine needs
(and you'll learn them all, live)

Day 1
Pin down your concept. Gather your ideas. Create a vision that’s clear and inspiring.

Day 3
Shape out the moments that pull your audience in and start curating which tricks and combos actually fit your concept (goodbye, random skill clutter).

Day 2
Break down your song so you know exactly what happens where — no more “uhhhh… I’ll wing it.”

Day 4
Merge everything into a cohesive plan and feel how it works as a whole. Then, stick around for an extra training: I’ll share low-flow techniques and fresh insights to expand your pole repertoire — so you always have new ideas ready for your next routine.
🧭 Why this matters
(and why most dancers skip it)
Most dancers jump straight to stitching tricks together — and then wonder why their routine feels like a disconnected trick reel!
A strong concept + clear structure = a piece that moves you and your audience.

Decide what stays and what goes

Feel excited, not overwhelmed

Create performances that stick in people's minds
You don't need more tricks, you need a plan
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of the 4 days, you'll have
💫 A pinned down concept you'll love
💫 A mapped song breakdown
💫 Key story moments and gestures chosen

💫 A curated list of tricks and combos that fit your vision
💫 An expanded flow toolkit and fresh repertoire ideas
💫 A repeatable system to use for every routine from now on
Meet Your Host
👋 Hey, I'm Sergia Louise
I’ve spent over two decades dancing, acting, competing, coaching — and (let’s be real) unraveling the messy puzzle of how to craft performances that actually feel like art, not just a bag of tricks.
You might know my “Clown” routine that took the US National Pole Championship title in 2013 — a piece built on exactly what I’m teaching you in this challenge: a crystal-clear concept, theatrical story moments, and movement that makes people feel something.
I’ve taught thousands of dancers in over 35 countries how to build routines that stand out in showcases, competitions, or living rooms — routines that go way deeper than “does my line look pretty?”
If you’ve ever stalled halfway through choreographing because your ideas feel disconnected, or you wish you had a step-by-step director in your pocket — that’s exactly what I’ve built this for.
Consider this your permission slip to choreograph bravely, tell your story, and walk off stage knowing you made them feel something real.
Let’s craft it together.

What my students say
"After many years of Pole, I still felt unready for a solo. I was afraid of freestyle dancing and I didn't know the first thing about how to choreograph. But then a song inspired me and I knew I had to find a way! And I was in luck!! Sergia had already created the trainings I needed.
I learned ways to strengthen my dance piece that was not related to my dance skills or strength (which are always a work in progress and we each have limitations). Sergia taught me how to engage the audience to support my creation! And it worked!
Not only was I able to craft a high level dance expression, but I could look back on other dances I had performed in seeing how some previous instructors understood ( or didn't ) some of these concepts. I can now confidently look forward to creating my next dance pieces!"
"Sergia helped me untangle the threads of ideas in my brain, and weave them into a magical tapestry of storytelling, emotion, laughter and hand puppets. Her passion for her craft and ability to translate what's in your head into movement, is second to none! She understood the style I wanted to portray immediately and gave me the confidence to be MORE than I ever imagined. Sergia + me + my errant swan = first place in the Amateur Div. of Pole Theatre UK (Comedy)!"
Nope. This works for beginner to advanced dancers who want to plan a performance piece that feels intentional.
No! You will be able to do this challenge without access to a pole!
The challenge runs from July 31-Aug 3 with live sessions happening at 9:30am PDT each day. You'll also be able to join our community as soon as you register, so you can join in on the fun right away!
While I recommend that you join live to make progress alongside others and have the chance to ask questions, you will have access to the replays for 24 hours after each session. On the following Monday, all replays will be available for an additional 48 hours so you can catch up, take action, and craft that routine!
Each live training will be around 30-minutes long. Since the purpose of this event is to make real progress, I also recommend setting aside 20 minutes afterward to take action on what you'll learn.
Yes! The sessions will be captioned. Be sure to select the closed captioning on the video settings if you'd like to access.
If you still have questions, we encourage you to go ahead and sign up. Your questions will likely be answered during the event or in the community, which you'll be able to join right away after registering.
However, if you need to ask us a question before registering, feel free to send us an email at info@poledancefoundations.com
